With my being a complete computerphobe, every approach to my computer is fraught with pre-stress, stress and post-stress.  I have gradually fought my way to be able to do what I have to do but it is still not an activity of choice.  When something goes wrong I lose all my intelligence and common sense and just want to throw the whole thing out of the window.

I recently lost contact with my Wi-Fi.  I contacted Computer Troubleshooters expecting to have to take my computer to them or wait for them to book in a visit.  Within minutes they had accessed my computer remotely and had reconnected me to my internet and printer.  I was also receiving alarming images flashing up on my screen warning of a virus attack.  Again, through remote access, Computer Troubleshooters swept my computer for any invasions and within minutes were able to reassure me that my computer was safe.
