With my being a complete computerphobe, every approach to my computer is fraught with pre-stress, stress and post-stress.  I have gradually fought my way to be able to do what I have to do but it is still not an activity of choice.  When something goes wrong or when I need to do something new my brain goes into freeze mode, I lose all my intelligence and common sense and just want to throw the whole thing out of the window.

At this point I phone Zapp Computer Training.  Sue is so patient and never makes me feel foolish.  She is tenacious and thorough.  She has the knack of making it sound straight forward and where the problem is particularly idiosyncratic, where someone else will apologise and walk away from the job, Sue will burrow through and identify what has gone wrong. 

If it is something she cannot solve herself she arranges for the problem to be passed to someone who can. 

Sue is a life-saver.  Knowing that she is at the other end of the phone or internet has reduced my stress level several notches.
